We moved house last year from one end of Caterham to an other. I needed the services of Chemitex within the first week of moving due to have tonsillitis. The pharmacist went over and above (in my opinion) to help me. Since then, we have all, as a family, used the chemist for various ailments and illnesses. I also had my Covid and flu vaccines there. I arrived slightly late but was greeted with a "don't worry, we are ready for you." Asked if I wanted both flu and Covid-19 jabs when I had only ordered Covid-19. That saved another trip, and then they fitted in my partner, who only came along for the ride. All with a smile and an efficient manner.
I've had to use the pharmacy quite a few times in the last month and need to record the service has been really good, polite and attentive. The young guy in the raised area was especially helpful today...the item was not in stock but will call/e-mail tomorrow when it is in and acted as if customer satisfaction was important. I only say this because the negative reviews have not been my experience.
Can't praise the staff here enough. Went in on the off chance as I couldn't get an appointment with my GP late in the day and explained my problem to a very nice young lady and after asking me a few questions and consulting her Pharmacist we immediately had an idea of my problem. Very experienced and sympathetic staff and think this will be my chemist from now on as I definitely felt valued. Thank you.
